Product Overview
- Ink additives, varnish, driers, reducers, and ink-system varnish for adjusting ink flow, drying, transfer, and ink-film protection.
Main Range
- Varnish / reducer: lowers ink viscosity and improves flow. Reference dosage: below 5%.
- White drier: accelerates surface drying on printed paper. Reference dosage: 1~3%.
- Red drier: accelerates internal drying of the ink film. Reference dosage: 1~3%.
- Anti-setoff / abrasion-resistant additive: lowers viscosity and improves rub resistance. Reference dosage: below 5%.
- Transfer improver: lowers viscosity and improves ink transfer. Reference dosage: 1~3%.
- Mixing varnish, gloss mixing varnish, and base ink: used for color mixing, priming, and ink-film protection.
- Gloss varnish, abrasion-resistant gloss varnish, and matt varnish: used to increase gloss, improve abrasion resistance, or reduce gloss and increase matt effect.
Use Note
- Excessive additive dosage may affect ink properties, drying, and color strength. Test in small amounts under actual press conditions.
